BEWARE! As Easter is very early, the school holidays can be at Easter or a couple of weeks later!!

The rental includes all bed linen, towels, and heating. High chairs & cots (but not cot linen) are available.

Pets are welcome (we provide a water bowl, doggie towel, clean-up bags and a ball thrower) but are £20 per pet per week or part week.

Unfortunately, a few guests have caused damage and so we now insist on a refundable bond of £50 for Rock House Farm and £25 for the other cottages. The bond, less the cost of any damage, will be refunded within 7 days of the end of the holiday.

A deposit of £100 (50% of total amount for Christmas & New Year) per cottage is payable within 7 days of making the booking, and the balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.

To save having to remind you, we like a cheque for the deposit and a post dated cheque (dated 8 weeks before arrival) for the balance.

Weekend Breaks are from 16:00 Friday to 10:00 Monday

Mid-week Breaks are from 16:00 Monday to 10:00 Friday

Weekly lets are 16:00 Friday to 10:00 Friday for Rock House Farm

Weekly lets are 16:00 Saturday to 10:00 Saturday for the other cottages
