School Holidays vary considerably, especially with the new 6-term school year, so please check carefully!

For Half Term, Rock House Farm can be booked Saturday to Saturday instead of Friday to Friday if that suits you better.

The rental includes all bed linen, towels, and heating. High chairs & cots (but not cot linen) are available.

Pets are welcome (we provide a water bowl, doggie towel, clean-up bags and a ball thrower) but are £20 per pet per week or part week.

Unfortunately, a few guests have caused damage and so we now insist on a refundable bond of £50 for Rock House Farm and £25 for the other cottages. The bond, less the cost of any damage, will be refunded within 7 days of the end of the holiday.

A deposit of £100 (50% of total amount for Christmas & New Year) per cottage is payable within 7 days of making the booking, and the balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.

How to book & pay
Book
If you want to book, you can email or phone (any reasonable time) with your details:- Name, Address, Phone, Mobile, Email address and the number of dogs.
Invoice
We will send you an invoice by email and in the post (with maps, etc)

If there are more than 8 weeks to your holiday you can pay the deposit straightaway & the balance 8 weeks before arrival (due date will be on your invoice)
If there are less than 8 weeks the full amount is payable.
If there are less than 2 weeks to your holiday, there is not enough time to post a cheque & for it to clear. You can pay by Bank Transfer or bring cash (pound notes) on arrival.

Credit Card
Unfortunately, the card companies charge a lot to rent a machine & to process each transaction, and it is just not economic for us.
Bank Transfer
You can pay by Bank Transfer (sometimes called Bill Payment). This is particularly easy if you have online banking. However you should be able to go into a branch of your bank and make a Bill Payment over the counter. (You may also be able to make an online Bill Payment from your credit card). Our bank account details for the transfer are on the invoice.
Cheque
You can also pay by Cheque. When you send us a cheque for the deposit, you may also like to send a post-dated cheque (dated 8 weeks before arrival) for the balance – then you won’t have to worry about forgetting to pay the balance.

Refundable Bond
After your holiday, we clean the cottage and check everything. Within 7 days we will send you a cheque refunding your bond (less any charges for breakages or damage).

Weekend Breaks are from 16:00 Friday to 10:00 Monday

Mid-week Breaks are from 16:00 Monday to 10:00 Friday

Weekly lets are 16:00 Friday to 10:00 Friday for Rock House Farm
