There is a utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer. The view is superb, so it is a nice place to sit and have a coffee.

The dining table seats 14 and it is possible to put up to 3 high chairs at the corners.

(Very large groups that take Rock House Farm and the other cottages, often feed the children first, and then the adults.
Alternatively they have a BBQ or a buffet meal.)
