A stone staircase leads down to the kitchen which is large and well equipped. There are two electric cookers (ie 2 ovens, 2 grills, 8 hotplates), two 4-slice toasters, two kettles,a microwave, a dishwasher, a shoulder high fridge and matching freezer. As well as plenty of crockery, cutlery and pots& pans.

There is a utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer. The view is superb, so it is a nice place to sit and have a coffee.

The dining table seats 14 (can be extended to seat 16) and it is possible to put up to 3 high chairs at the corners.

(Very large groups that take Rock House Farm and the other cottages, often feed the children first, and then the adults.
Alternatively they have a BBQ or a buffet meal.)
