Rock House Farm is a large farmhouse that sleeps up to 14. It is much larger than the photo of the front would suggest - it is built on the side of a hill and there is another floor below!

The groundfloor (click for photos) has a large lounge, a sitting room and a wide passageway that is a 'reading area' (and one of the three bathrooms). The lounge has a 37" HD TV/Video/DVD with the FreeSat satellite channels.
The sitting room has a 32" HD TV with the FreeSat channels including the High Definition Channels BBC HD and ITV HD.

The four bedrooms (click for photos) are:

• upstairs - a double bedroom with a four poster bed (and a cot, if requested)
• upstairs - a family bedroom with a double & 2 singles(and a cot, if requested)
• upstairs - a family bedroom with a double & 2 singles(and a cot, if requested)
• downstairs - a family bedroom with a double and 2 singles (en-suite bathroom)

Downstairs (click for photos) there is a large kitchen, a dining room and a utility room/conservatory. . The dining table seats 14 (& up to 3 high chairs). The large kitchen is geared for catering for large numbers - 2 electric cookers (ie 2 ovens 2 grills, 8 hot plates), a shoulder high upright freezer & a matcing larder fridge, 2 kettles, 2 toasters, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a rotary clothes line outside.
